We are so unaccustomed to acting with spontaneity that we have no faith in it, and therefore we don’t acquire practice in the use of spontaneous action. We are only practiced in the use of deliberate action. And what Zen proposes to do is to give us training in the practice of spontaneous action.
Going to be an adventure this week dude. Be prepared to give 110%. You are more than capable. Just have fun, go with the flow and enjoy it. Enjoy the time with her. Enjoy the time on the trail and just focus on being present. Life's greatest lessons are often learned through pain. Healing rarely comes when you look for it. Even thought I know you’ve been more than looking for it! It often comes when you start listening to the lesson the pain is teaching you. Listen! You can't skip a lesson from the Universe. It will keep getting louder and louder until you get it. You got this brother. I love you, I'm happy to have you back.
