TUESDAY: REST Day
WEDNESDAY: Ride or Run (Long)
THURSDAY: Stability Circuit
FRIDAY: REST DAY
SATURDAY: RIDE
SUNDAY: RIDE
An example of this week's Strength circuit looks something like this:
1.Jumping Lunges w/Medicine Ball Twists
2.Push up's with feet on balance ball up to pike position
3.Wood Chop & DB twists
4.Band Rows to an L external roation
5. 2min wind sprints w/1min walkin rest
