The Major causes of low vibration are:

  • Fear of survival / worrying about the future

  • shame about the past or holding onto the past in some way

  • limiting or false beliefs like scarcity, powerlessness or victimhood

  • criticsm and judgement of self and/or others

  • feelings of unworthiness

  • negative thinking

  • not trusting myself or the Universe.

In other words, consciously and unconsciously focus on what we want, rather than what we do not want.
