Dude, I get it. You are navigating some dark and complex energy right now. It has been shown and magnified by you cuppinig your hips, how dark those spots are. The energy has been brought forth by the eclipses, retrogrades and even the pain from the entirety of the human collective and it is floating in the air right now. But keep your head on and up. It is opening doors to the darkest realms of your soul.
Every lower vibrational pattern that you feed creates an opening for the dark entities because parasitical entities only really exist in the lower astral planes of existence. So think about that. The vulnerable spaces that you hold within are where these entities attack. The most powerful way to eliminate them is to first, practice presence, feel that gold aura surround and protect you. Breath deep and consciously. By doing so you are self filling. This leads to the second, and that is starve those low vibrational habits. You know exactly what they are. Fucking starve them out. What these dark entities do while attacking is inducing and trapping you within the shame cycle. Dude, you are over that shit. I know you got it. Their power only comes from lack of awareness. You are aware of them, so head up and crush them. Do not stop. Understanding is power, and you got the power. Fucking take it. I love you, Im always here for you.
The pain will end when you’ve learnt its lesson.
